Your credit card is charged only at the time of the actual shipment of item(s). However, there might be a temporary hold on the funds until the time of actual shipment. If paying by Debit or Check Card, the funds are authorized as soon as the order is placed, which may affect the availability of funds in the account.
Please provide the correct billing information for the card being used. Billing information includes name, address and phone number of the card owner as recorded by the bank or card issuer. Some orders might be subject to our verification procedure before we can process it. Simply log in to your account and check the progress of your order while it's being processed.
You can track your order by logging in to your account and clicking the "My Orders" link or track it as guest with no logining on this link "track your order as guest". As well we will email you a tracking number as soon as it's available.
You are able to cancel your order if it hasn't yet entered the shipping process. If it has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. But, you are able to return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
If the shipment has been refused, the shipping and handling charges for both ways will be deducted from the credit card provoded with the order, and a restocking fee might also be applied.
We aspire to keep most items in stock for same day delivery (unless the item has Special Order status in the product page).
In case that an item is out of stock or for any other reason we are unable to ship it, we will send you email usually within one business day. The order will have open status unless you told to cancel it. Once the item come back in stock, we will ship it out to you. Your credit card will only be charged at the actual time of shipment, there might be a hold on the funds until the time of shipment.
In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Place the original package into a shipping carton.
DO NOT use the original manufacturer's box as the shipping box.
Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Items for sale at IPC Store.com offered with Free Shipping, when these items are returned, actual shipping charges will be deducted from any refund that is due.
IPC Store reserves the right to require the Purchaser to return goods directly to the manufacturer or distribution warehouse located in the United States of America for replacement.

All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a refund
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
The customer is able to exchange the item or receive a refund for the full amount of the item purchased. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all the conditions in Rules and conditionals section. If conditions are not met, IPC Store reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
IPC Store will arrange for return shipping on any items shipped incorrectly, defective, or damaged and will pay necessary expenses. You are responsible for return shipping under any other circumstances

In Stock items in orders over $100.00 will receive free expedited shipping in the contiguous (lower- 48) United States. These items should arrive in 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Certain items are excluded from free shipping over $100 based on the item's characteristics and charges may apply.
We do our best to ship every order on the same day. Every order for in-stock items placed on business days up to 3:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) are generally shipped the same day.
If there is a problem with your order you will receive an e-mail within one business day to give you you more information about the situation.
A signature is required for most UPS and FEDEX shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS. If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.
Damaged in delivery: If you have found damage to the package please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is to the product inside the box. We can not accept damage claims after 24 hours. If merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us in 24 hours so we can issue a damage claim with carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
Missing items: All missing items claim must be reported within 2 business days of delivery, contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
TV's or other items shipped by truck: Upon delivery, please inspect the item box for any outside damages, if there are any DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE! .Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item. Once you sign for the item, you are accepting the product as is.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as well. Contact us within 48 business hours to report the damage.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "Outside The U.S.?" button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address.
