Smooth surfaces allow easy cleaning. Dishwasher-safe container also features precise measurement gradations printed in red and blue. Temperature range is from negative 40 degrees Fahrenheit (negative 40 degrees Celsius) to 212 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius). A square, snap-on lid (sold separately) allows you to seal the containers to keep food fresh. With a lid, containers stack. Without a lid, they nest to save even more space. Container is made of FDA-compliant materials and assists in complying with HACCP guidelines.
