Shipping Rate Estimate
Shipping Rate Estimate - shown during the checkout process is for estimaton purposes only. Exact shipping fees are unknown until the order has been processed. Exact shipping fees are calculated using destination (shipping address), the dimensions and/or weight of the package(s), the shipping method and the published shipping carrier and courier rates. An additional 5.00 USD handling fee may be applied for product inspection and repackaging.
Shipping Methods
USA: UPS, USPS, or FEDEX - The shipping cost depends on Zip/Postal Code and dimensions and/or weight of the package(s). IPC Store ships throughout the U.S., exclude the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
Eligible items for free shipping: Most products over $99 will receive free expedited shipping in the contiguous (lower- 48) United States. These items should arrive in 2-6 business days, depending on your location.
Non-eligible items for free shipping: Items that are below $99 or weigh over 150 pounds do not qualify for free shipping.
Free Two-Day Shipping: Products that qualify for free two-day shipping will be delivered in 2 business days. Orders placed after 3 pm EST time will be shipped the next business day. This promo cannot be combined with products that are not eligible for free two-day shipping.
Customs Duties and Taxes
You must clear your order with customs and you will be responsible for any taxes, fees or duties at your end.
Couriers and Tracking
If you provide us with a valid email address, we will send you a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. We ship either UPS, FEDEX or USPS whichever courier provides the best combination of savings to you and reliability of delivery for your area/country. If you track your package and see a discrepancy in delivery information please call us immediately at 800-676-8680
Delivery Requirements
A signature is required for most UPS and FEDEX shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS. If you require additional help to receive your package, please contact us.
Cannot Ship to P.O. Boxes
Due to the shipping carrier and courier restrictions we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Shipping Issues
Please order far enough in advance to allow for any delivery delays. We are not responsible for any carrier delays due to holidays or weather conditions. We rely on UPS or USPS to deliver your order on time. We do not offer reimbursements for delayed shipments. Please feel free to call 800-676-8680 or email us if you need special assistance, expedited shipping or any more information.
Please make sure you give us the complete correct address (i.e. apartment or suite numbers) for your order so UPS/USPS/FEDEX can deliver your package without any problems. You may be charged additional fees for address changes or rerouting. If you refuse or are unavailable to sign for your package and it is returned to us, you will be charged the additional return shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If your order was signature required and is lost or stolen by the shipping courier we CAN send replacement product out at your cost and then if we receive claim money from UPS for first order we will refund your card in full (this takes three to five weeks). Replacement products must go signature required.
Damaged/Missing Items upon delivery
Damaged in delivery: If you have found damage to the package please refuse shipment if the damage is external or notify us within 24 hours if the damage is to the product inside the box. We can not accept damage claims after 24 hours. If merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us in 24 hours so we can issue a damage claim with carrier. Please don't return the merchandise without going through these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit. Missing items: All missing items claim must be reported within 2 business days of delivery, contact us to report a missing item from your shipment. TV's or other items shipped by truck: Upon delivery, please inspect the item box for any outside damages, if there are any DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE! Do not sign the delivery manifest until you have inspected the item.
Once you sign for the item, you are accepting the product as is. If the merchandise is damaged, please make the notation on the delivery manifest, and have the person delivering the merchandise sign as well. Contact us within 48 business hours to report the damage.
