Features 30.4 Megapixel full-frame 4K movie recording in MP4 format using advanced H.264 codec, plus uncapped frame rates up to 7 fps. The EOS 5D Mark IV makes stunning images possible, with the speed and performance to keep up with the most ambitious shooters.

Succeeding the EOS 5D Mark III with over 5 years of continuous improvements, the new 5D Mark IV incorporates a 30.4 MP CMOS sensor and Canon's DIGIC 6+ image processor to deliver an expanded ISO range (100–32,000) that is further expandable to 50–102400; for stills and video.

Improvements include a 61-point AF system, including 41 cross-type points, dual pixel CMOS AF for smooth and accurate autofocus during live view and video shooting, improved AF detection in both the horizontal and vertical axis with tracking and recognition capabilities for a wide variety of subjects.

It has a touchscreen LCD with a resolution of 1.62 million dots, which makes it easy for the user to navigate the menu and view images.
