The Safe-IT™ hospital-grade power cord is specifically designed for use in medical facilities
It is suitable for connecting computers, mobile carts, printers, scanners, monitors, and other compatible hospital equipment.
The cord features a NEMA 5-15R-HG end for connecting to devices and a NEMA 5-15P-HG plug for connecting to a hospital-grade AC power source located outside patient care areas.
With a length of six feet (1.8 meters), it provides flexibility in positioning equipment in relation to the power outlet. One of the notable features of this cord is its ability to provide extra protection against certain bacteria.
The connectors and PVC jacket are constructed using an antibacterial material that effectively inhibits the growth of Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (staph).
