Easy One-Touch Height Adjustment Helps You Find Your Sweet Spot

A simple press of the paddle raises or lowers the pneumatic spring arm for easy adjustment. The monitor platform and keyboard tray move together to provide smooth transitions between sitting and standing. Tension can be adjusted according to load (more tension for heavier loads, less tension for lighter items). The monitor platform adjusts between 6.3 and 17.5 inches (16 and 44.5 centimeters) above the work surface.
