- The Club 3D CAC-1557 is a DisplayPort™ signal converter. The USB Type C to DisplayPort™ 1.4 Cable is the easiest solution for connecting your USB Type C source device featuring DisplayPort™ Alternate Mode to a DisplayPort™ 1.4 Monitor, Television or Projector and vice versa. Powered by the USB Type C port, the adapter requires no external power and is ideal for use with the latest notebooks / MacBook (pro) and Tablets.
Supports up to 4K UHD Resolution at 120Hz and 8K at 60Hz and HDR
The USB Type C to DisplayPort™ 1.4 Cable supports UHD resolutions up to 4K UHD @ 120Hz or 8K at 60Hz for a clear, sharp picture and HDR. The support for 120 frames per second provides exceptionally smooth video. Use the adapter to play games, view video or browse the internet from your USB Type C or DP 1.4 enabled device on a Ultra High Resolution monitor or TV. Supporting up to 8 channels of audio, the adapter provides high-definition digital audio and video. Does not support Dual Mode DisplayPort™ (DP++)
Compatible with all Operating Systems
The USB Type C to DisplayPort™ 1.4 Cable supports all USB Type-C devices with DisplayPort™ ALT mode 1.4 and operating systems, including and not limited to Apple OS X, Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 and Google Chrome OS.
