The MSI MEG X570 ACE AM4 ATX Motherboard is based on the AMD X570 chipset, which supports AMD Ryzen 2nd and 3rd generation processors with an AM4 socket

The World Record Breaker - MEG Motherboard. It includes four memory slots that can accommodate up to 128GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM that can be overclocked to 2666 MHz. It comes with four SATA III connectors and three M.2 slots for storage.

AMD X570 Chipset

Three PCIe 4.0 x16 slots for graphics cards and two PCIe 4.0 x1 slots for other PCIe-based gear are available in total. They'll run at x16/x0 or x8/x8, with the last slot only supporting x4 mode, whether you're using a single or multi-card arrangement.

Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, one of which is a 2.5GbE port, Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5.0, and Realtek ALC1220 7.1-channel HD audio are also included. The AMD X570 chipset is optimized for AMD Ryzen 3000-series CPUs from the third generation.

It includes a number of enhancements, the most notable of which is the integration of PCIe 4.0. Graphics cards, networking devices, NVMe storage, and other devices benefit from PCIe 4.0's almost double the bandwidth of PCIe 3.0.

It also has numerous DC/PWM fan headers that can be used to connect extra cooling systems.

Cooling

Within the Dragon Center software or the UEFI BIOS, users can adjust their cooling preferences (Boost/Balance/Silence) as needed. Furthermore, MSI's M.2 SHIELD FROZR heatsink aids in SSD throttling prevention.

Lightning Gen 4 PCIe

Apart from the improved transfer speeds offered by PCIe 4.0, MSI's Lightning Gen 4 PCIe slots are strengthened with steel and constructed with a server-grade PCB for added longevity. Please note that PCIe 4.0 and PCIe 3.0 are backwards compatible.

CPU

A combination of an optimized circuit layout and MSI's CoreBoost CPU power delivery system ensures performance and stability for high-end processors. Additional features include load-line calibration, overvoltage protection, a digital power deign, and double power connectors.

Memory

MSI motherboards feature an optimized memory circuit layout and extensive compatibility testing with major memory manufacturers. Users can also easily overclock their RAM with A-XMP profiles within BIOS.

Storage

USB 3.2 Gen 1 & Gen 2

USB 3.2 Gen 1 features a maximum throughput of 5 Gb/s. USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 3.1 Gen 1, and USB 3.0 are synonymous. Doubling the speed of its predecessor, USB 3.2 Gen 2 features a maximum throughput of 10 Gb/s when used with compatible devices and is synonymous with USB 3.1 Gen 2.

Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) & Bluetooth 5.0

The Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard provides higher network efficiency, faster Wi-Fi speeds, greater coverage, and improved battery life for connected devices. Bluetooth 5.0 also provides users with cable-free device connectivity.

The MEG X570 ACE is built with multiple hardware and software enhancements to improve sound quality including:

• Isolated Audio Design & Separated Audio Layers - Audio components and circuits on separate PCB layers are located on a reserved spot on the motherboard and electronically isolated to preserve audio integrity;
• Nahamic 3 - Enhances audio playback and provides users with multiple audio adjustments including virtual 7.1-channel surround sound;

MSI Mystic Light

MSI Mystic Light includes multiple color options and a variety of lighting effects for users to customizes their build. The motherboard also has multiple RGB headers for additional lighting components and LED strips. Users can also sync their compatible RGB components and peripherals for a unified theme.
