The Siig JU-EX0311-S1 network extender can transmit any USB device up to 264 feet (80 meters) over one single Cat6 cable. And no software is required for installation or operation.
All you have to do is simply attach a single Cat6 cable to the RJ45 connector of the Siig JU-EX0311-S1 network extender unit and plug in a USB 2.0 cable to the USB connector of the network extender unit.
These Siig network extenders have a small footprint, are easy to install, and deliver the same low latency as a USB 2.0 extension cable.
Restoring the USB 2.0 standard's full speed and full duplex features to long distances, the JU-EX0311-S1 is ideal for extending connections to Windows or Mac computers, external hard drives, flash drives, printers, and many other USB devices.
