VT-d (Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O) by Intel

The Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d) builds on the existing support for Itanium® (VT-x) and IA-32 (VT-x) processor virtualization. It also includes support for I/O-device virtualization.
