The adapter's body is made of aluminum, making it more rugged than plastic. It can transfer up to 5 Gb/s over Cat 6 cables and supports 10/100/1000/2500/5000 Mbps speeds. The adapter is compatible with Windows XP or higher, Mac OS 10.4 or higher, and Linux 2.4 or higher. The package includes a USB to 5G Ethernet Adapter, a USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable, a USB Type-C to USB Type-A cable, and a user’s manual.
