This rack-mount line-interactive UPS system, known as the 5PX G2, offers reliable battery backup and AC power protection against blackouts, brownouts, surges, and line noise that can harm your valuable IT equipment and data.

Ideal for small businesses, education, retail, financial, or healthcare networks, the 5PX1500RTNG2 provides power management for various components such as servers, VoIP phones, data storage, and PoE switches. Its unity power factor ensures maximum wattage at each power rating, allowing you to connect more equipment.

With its dependable and expandable battery backup, this UPS system keeps you operational during power outages. The field-replaceable and hot-swappable internal battery modules enable you to continue working through short power failures and give you enough time to save files and safely shut down your system during prolonged blackouts.

Additionally, the exclusive ABM technology increases battery life by 50 percent and provides advanced notice when batteries need replacement. You also have the option to connect up to four external battery modules (5PXEBM48RTG2, sold separately) for extended runtime.

The included gigabit network interface offers 24/7 remote access. The Network-M2 network card allows for full remote configuration and management, including load shedding, reboots of connected equipment, and safe shutdowns. Firmware updates for the UPS can also be done remotely through the Network-M2 without interrupting the load, eliminating the need for downtime. The network card meets UL 2900-1 and IEC 62443-4-2 cybersecurity standards, which were developed to address the vulnerability of connected devices to known malware/exploits and protect businesses from these risks.

For additional monitoring capabilities, you can opt for the optional Environmental Monitoring Probe Gen 2 (EMPDT1H1C2, sold separately). This probe provides various environmental monitoring features, including temperature and humidity conditions.

The NEMA 5-15R outlets ensure the protection of your connected components, totaling eight outlets.
